| Pulte, Centex Lead Satisfaction Rankings |

Pulte Homes and Centex Homes led the rankings in J.D. Power and Associates' annual New-Home Builder Customer Satisfaction Study, released yesterday.
The study, now in its 10th year, includes satisfaction ratings of builders in 34 of the largest U.S. home-building markets.
Pulte, including its Del Webb and DiVosta brands, ranks highest in 14 of 34 markets included in the study. Centex Homes ranks highest in 13 markets.
The study is based on responses from 60,927 buyers of newly built single-family homes who provided feedback after living in their homes from four to 18 months, on average.
